Life Long Friends: The Radford Trio Graduating Together

Anna Sharkawi, Savannah Horner, and Hilary Hickenbottom are Radford University Students leaving their mark and preparing for the future! Sharkawi and Horner came to Radford as best friends looking to go to school together. But with different career goals and paths, they still remained best of friends. Sharkawi ended up meeting Hickenbottom through their career goals while in the School of Nursing at Radford. Once they started to hang out, the two became inseparable, eventually joining the group to become the Power Trio!

Sharkawi and Hickenbottom, both nursing majors at the university are currently working at Carilion completing their working hours for field experience in each of their respective fields to learn with hands on experience to get an head start on their career. Anna Sharkawi is working with the Labor and Pediatric department and wishes to continue working in this specialization after graduating and getting her license. Hilary Hickenbottom is currently working in the Emergency Department at Carilion also, is excited to find her exact passion and field after graduating and receiving her license.

Savannah Horner, is finishing up her undergraduate degree in Business. Currently, Horner does not have any exact plans. with how she wants to utilize her degree but she knows that the possibilities are endless, and is looking forward her entrepreneurial pursuits in potentially starting up her own business or helping others getting theirs off the ground running.

The Power Trio, from Radford University, they are Graduating going into some of the most in demand fields in todays world. With eyes set on dreams on the horizon, Anna Sharkawi, Savannah Horner, and Hilary Hickenbottom light up the with the hope and aberration of making a change, while loking back fondly of their times together at Radford University as students, colleagues, and most importantly, friends.
